To rent a car you need a valid driver's licence, proof of identity (passport or Australian ID), and a payment method for the rental and any security bond. International renters may need an International Driving Permit (IDP) depending on their licence.

We offer flexible daily, weekly, monthly, and custom hire periods. Longer hires usually work out cheaper per day. Quoted prices include GST unless we state otherwise. A refundable security bond may be required at booking or pickup.

Basic cover is included with our rentals (details are confirmed on your rental agreement). Extra cover options such as excess reduction may be available — ask us when you book.

Browse available cars on our website, choose your dates and duration, then submit the booking form. We will contact you to confirm the booking and arrange pickup. You can also call or email us directly.

You can usually cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations inside 48 hours may attract a fee. Bond refunds for eligible cancellations are processed to the original payment method.

Yes, subject to vehicle availability. Contact us at least 24 hours before your return date. Extensions are charged at the agreed rate, and longer periods may qualify for better weekly or monthly pricing.

Hires include a fair kilometre allowance (for example around 200 km/day, 1,500 km/week, or 6,000 km/month depending on the product). Extra kilometres can usually be purchased if needed — confirm on your agreement.

Bonds are typically refunded within 7–10 business days after return, provided the vehicle is returned as agreed and there is no chargeable damage or unpaid fees.
