To rent a car, you'll need a valid driver's license, proof of identity (passport or ID card), and a credit card for the security deposit. International renters may need an International Driving Permit (IDP) depending on your country of origin.

We offer flexible pricing options: daily, weekly, monthly, or custom durations. Weekly rentals save you 10%, and monthly rentals save you 20% compared to daily rates. All prices include 5% GST. A refundable security deposit (typically 20% of the rental total) is required at booking.

Basic insurance coverage is included in all our rentals. This covers third-party liability and basic damage protection. Additional coverage options for comprehensive insurance and excess reduction are available at checkout for added peace of mind.

Simply browse our available vehicles, select your preferred car, choose your rental dates and duration, then fill out the booking form with your details. We'll contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking and arrange pickup details. You can also download our mobile app for even faster booking.

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee. Your security deposit will be fully refunded for cancellations made within the free cancellation period.

Yes! You can extend your rental period subject to vehicle availability. Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return date. Extensions will be charged at the same rate as your original booking, or you may qualify for better rates if extending to a longer period (e.g., weekly or monthly).

Our rentals come with generous daily mileage allowances. Daily rentals include 200km per day, weekly rentals include 1,500km per week, and monthly rentals include 6,000km per month. Additional kilometers can be purchased at a reasonable rate if needed.

Your security deposit will be refunded within 7-10 business days after you return the vehicle, provided there is no damage and all rental terms have been met. The refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
